Stylefables Return & Exchange Policy

At Stylefables, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We do not accept general returns, but we have outlined our Return & Exchange policy for specific concerns.

Return Policy 
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged.
  2. You received a different product than what you ordered.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
To process your return efficiently, an unboxing video is mandatory. If the return is valid, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit within 2-4 days after receiving the returned product.

Exchange Policy 

  • Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues only.
  • The product must be returned at your own cost.
  • If you need assistance with shipping, we can arrange a reverse pickup for ₹150.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we’ll dispatch the new item within 3 - 5 business days.

Store Credit Policy
Refunds will be processed as store credit, minus the shipping charges (to and fro), and are valid for 6 months.
We do not offer monetary refunds; only store credit is provided.
