At Stylefables, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience, and while we do not accept general returns, we have outlined our Return & Exchange policy to address specific concerns.

 

Return Policy:

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The product you received is damaged.

• You received a product different from what you ordered.

For a return to be considered, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video will help us verify the issue, and if deemed genuine, we will process your refund within 2-4 days after receiving the product.

 

Exchange Policy:

If the size of the product does not fit you perfectly, we offer an exchange option. Please note:

 

• We do not accept returns for size issues, only exchanges.

• You are required to send the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

• Once we receive the product, we will dispatch the exchanged item within 1-2 business days.
