Hassle-Free Exchanges & Return

Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are available for these products. exchanges are available within 7 days of order delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

Wrong Product Handover

If a wrong product is handed over in return, action will be taken based on the package opening footage. The wrong product received will be notified to the customer. In such cases, if the customer fails to respond within 3 days, the seller will not be liable for any action.

Processing Time: An additional 5-7 days for the returned or exchanged product(s) to reach us.

 We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  •   Incorrect product delivery.
  •  Receipt of a damaged product.

 

Reverse Pick-Up Services

  • Reverse Shipment Fee: Rs 150 per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
  • Example: If an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  • Pick-Up Attempts: We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to our address.
  • Service Availability: Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Refunds Process

  • Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund or exchange will not be provided.
  • Processing Time: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.

 

 Terms and Conditions

  •   Bank Account Details: The bank account details provided by the customer for the refund are final. Any error in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Stylefables.
  • Undelivered Orders: If you receive an SMS or email stating your order is delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Product Care: Customers are under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and wrappings.
  • Damage Claims: If the product does not conform to standards at the time of delivery, contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products.
  • Refund Confirmation: Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund within 30 working days from the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund.
